- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Yesterday my partner and I went down to try and test drive an i30 hatch. While I understand car yards are busy on the weekend, I find it unacceptable that in the 20 minutes we were looking at cars, not one sales person acknowledged us and worse two sales people walked past us to assist customers who had arrived after us. When I rang to complain I got a belligerent reply about how busy they were. Contrast this with the service at W****** M**** B******** this afternoon where two sales staff who were assisting other people in the show room not only acknowledged us but said they would be over to assist when they could and were.By Jan Herivel, November 09, 2019
